We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
– Item must be unused and in original packaging
– Proof of purchase is required
– Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item arrived damaged or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photo proof.

Non-returnable items:

– Final sale items
– Used products

Exchanges:
We recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

Chargebacks:
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in denial of future purchases.
